Yes, indeed, so out of the the normal mindset, but Dubai’s construction is extreme and such fun to capture, especially when you know you are so out of the running to consider actually living in these extreme buildings! I understand it was very expensive and ran over budget and release time…I was on a ferry underneath and the building certainly doesn’t look occupied yet, expect it will be released in 2017… Thank you for your comment!

This really demonstrates that somebody has a great deal of money to waste. That must have been a very expensive construction project.
